Please help identify what is attacking all my crape myrtles - in the front, back and side yards! It is sticky to the touch and the branching appears to be brittle. I have just changed watering patterns because I think I have been over watering.
Are these mites? How do I treat?
Webbing is indicative of spider mites. And they hate water. So, have at it, and SPRAY them with water to get rid of them. You'll need to repeat several times...
Thanks Ceejaytown. Thought mites too, will spray asap.
