Need to keep my dahlias away from trouble!!!!!!!!!!!!

San Jose, Costa Rica

ok So I was checking out my Dahlias today as I've had problems with leaf miners and found a bunch of bugs Iukkkkkkkkk.
I found 3 different types: one look like a flea only a bit bigger, the second looked like a flea too only its body was longer and this was smaller and the last one was yellow like a ladybug only smaller. I also found some black eggs or small dots underneath the leaves.

I freaked out when I saw that, rite now it's rainy season here in Costa rica, it is sunny in the morning and heavy showers in the afternoons, also very humidt!
I am new at this so bugs really freak me out, I swear that I just want to take raid and spray all over the pots (sorry I just hate them),
Instead of doing that I just wrote you guys to see if I can get some advices!!
Ps: I did kill all the bugs I found today, I smashed them so hard that I even couldn't take a pic.
Thanx Caro

Your English is just fine lilcaro. Could your last photo be a spotted Cucumber beetle?

I don't know about the smaller flea type bugs. Is there damage to the leaves or petals? Thrips are very tiny and a disaster in dahlia blooms. Hopefully there would be a nursery or horticulturist that can identify and recommend insecticides or means to help you control whatever bugs are there. Here is a very good page and info on bugs in dahlias

Good luck in your search for an answer.
