I will be out and about in early November around NE with a DGF from California and I'd like to buy 50 pounds or so of organic hard red winter wheat so that I can grind my own flour and cut the cost of bread. Anyone know a farmer or co-op or store that would sell me some?
Anyone know where I can buy organic hard red winter wheat?
Whole Foods? That's my only idea, but I'm sure you've thought of it.
Yank, here's a few places, none close by all mail order I think.

I'm still wandering around grabbing recipes from "homegrown harvest"! I wish they would list the ingredients in their granola...
