I need advice on how to prep the outside of my garage for painting. This is my first home so I have no idea what I am doing! The garage is not vinyl sided or anything. It is poorly painted; many years of paint coats and peeling. Then there are bare wood spots. Am I supposed to sand it all or actually strip off the paint with chemicals? Any insight would be great!
