Nice pics guys! I've been watching the squirrels buryinng stuff around the yard. Watching their little paws going is so funny. I love seeing them fluffling the grass around the site trying to make it look as if nothing was disturbed.
That little squirrel was laying on that branch just screaming like crazy. Didn't even move when I went out with the camera.
I usually have a nest of babies right now, but no sign of a new brood.

To follow up on my post yesterday, I'm disgusted to say that by last night all the seed was gone. Yes, the bad seed was gone. My respect for them just went down a notch :)
Debbie - I wonder what was up? If it were a predator you'd think it would be doing the tail bouncing thing, if not sitting up. Strange.
Our Mama squirrel usually lays on that exact branch and screams when she is in labor....or comes out and sleeps there when she needs a break from the kits. But this one, I don't know what his problem was. The feeder was full, no preditor I could see....but he just layed there and screamed like crazy. Maybe he got lost from Mom?

Finally catchin gup from the other thread. You guys are all so awesome with all the shots. Loving all of them. I got me some pecans and this time i only putting a coupel out a day on my porch for my one that keep climbing up and down the side of my trailer. he aint gonna have no toenails left with all the scraching he does getting up and down.
Mine gave me a disgusted look the othe rday cuz I forgot to fil this big serving dish I got outside on porch. it was for soaking plants in and somehow the squirrel decided to us eit for bath and drinking water and has claimed it as his own.

Here's a shot of a squirrel climbing the screen door and looking in on the clear side.
Not sure if it is the same one, but climbing up the non-screen side. Amazing what they can catch on to.

Did any of you see America's funniest Videos last night? There was one with a little squirrel that would sit and beg for her peanuts or seed....it was so cute. She had her little hands together like she was begging.

There was a little squirrel the other day that was checking out the rudbeckia seed heads. Here it is climbing one of the stalks.
