And one more for tonight. This might be Lake Katherine on Rt. 25C between Piermont and Warren, NH. Didn't come out quite sharp, as the low light required a tripod, but I still love it anyhow. I think it's my favorite from the whole trip. The colors are amazing.

I posted a pic on the wrong thread, I wasn't planning on going all the way to Naples, but found a new to me road, and it was so gorgeous, I kept saying I'll turn around in a minute...
Wish I liked grapes!

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

I dont like grapes either and only had Grape Pie once, not so great either.

Yeah, I thought grape pie was like crust with lots of grape jelly in it - too sweet.

Pittsford, NY(Zone 6a)

Too sweet and even The famous pie maker in Naples didn't make one that suited me.
I dont like the seeds either.
The California seedless reds have spoiled me.

Wow Deb. That is really beautiful.
I would say we are at peak, wouldn't you?

S of Lake Ontario, NY(Zone 6a)

Definitely! I went early to get the moon, and it was still foggy on the pond. I was going to wait til the fog cleared more, but I didn't.

sometimes color is better photographed with very little sun.

South China, ME(Zone 5a)

That Cohoctan landscape is pretty, JoAnn. Oh, btw, when I was agreeing with you on the birch being messy, I accidentally called you Allison. Sorry about that. I get mixed up with names sometimes.

Gorgeous picture at Mendon Pond, Debilu. Love the colors!

Here's my Dad at the Cornish-Windsor bridge, which spans the Connecticut River on the NH and VT border.

This Cornish-Windsor Bridge is the longest in the wooden bridge in the US and the longest two-span covered bridge in the world. Here is a picture of the bridge showing how long it is.

Covered Bridge No. 23, off of route 10. This one may have been south of Lebanon, near Plainfield. I would love to get a field guide of all the covered bridges in the US with routes marked off and everything. I love covered bridges.
