Just found bulbs, corms, tubers

Mableton, GA(Zone 7a)

I just found some caladiums that I forgot to plant this year. They are in great shape and the eyes are firm and ready to go. What do I do now?
They won't make it until next year without going through a growth cycle will they?
Should I pot them up in the house and grow them?
Then what happens with them for next year?
(I also found a gloriosa(?) lily tuber and some dahlias that still look great too...)

I had a rough summer and didn't get out much. I feel so guilty about these poor things.

I would pot them up- I had some I found about a month ago, & they sprouted 3 days after I planted them. I'm in zone 8b, & our first frost doesn't usually come until end of October. If you had a month before first frost, it would probably be ok to plant them in the ground. I would just make sure they get plenty of sun once they sprout, to make energy for next year. You might even keep them outside until it threatens frost, then bring them in. I think they'll be fine. Any other opinions? Samantha

I stored my caladiums in sphagnum moss last year and they were fine in the garage.
