It looks like Philodendron pinnatifidum, or maybe Philodendron angustisectum.
sorry the second pic was of the "original" plant growing in a busting 5 gallon pot. We separated part of the plants to try and grow it in another pot.
So....does it grow like a Philo....roots and growth from the nodes....?????
