Organizing chest freezers?

Once a year I empty out the chest freezer. Clean it out and put everything back. That way I pretty much know where it all is. I do use boxes to keep some of it separated and that works pretty good.

How do you organize yours? Any good tips or ideas?

I'm thinking my next freezer will be an upright! LOL
