Help ID this Iris

If anyone can help ID this iris for me, I would greatly appreciate it!
It came last year in a shipment and we could not read the tag

ouch - that's such a common color for unnamed seedlings, I would not even try to ID it.

its not a seedling we could read Gil but thats all

Was that the first three letters on the tag or last? It sure is pretty.

With the picture and "gil" the place you got it from should be able to id it for you.

What was the company? Someone might have a paper catalog from them that they could check

I don't know how much help this will be. but I used to make spreadsheets from online catalogues, for deciding my iris orders.

I'll check it, b ut it would help to know the positioning of those letters. otherwise, I'll start making a list for you of all the ones with a G -if they had any not on website, though, this wont work, and I've only got the 2007 list.

I tried to put in an order with Iris Green a year or so ago. got an email from them that my order was cancelled and they no longer taking orders. no other explanation. Hope it wasn't anything too serious.

Photo looks greyed white sanded pale orchid to me, but all monitors change color.

there are a lot of irises starting with the word Gilt or Gilded, but many of them have gilted edges, which this does not have. There's only one registered with Gilm starting the name, and it's not this color. There are a lot starting with "Gilston"
