roadside chair

Gonzales, LA(Zone 9a)

here is a chair I picked up on the side of the road, its back was loose, so we reglued it and then after cleaning it with mineral oil I used craft acrylic paint, I painted each piece a different color, then after it drying over night, did the one stroke art work and glued on sequens and acrylic jewels, then put on 2 coats of polyurathyne. The seat is covered with vinal. My grand-girls think they are now queens with their new chairs, made them both a chair. Thought you all might like to see this, there was a lady in Baton Rouge selling these for $100.
