Please help!

Can anyone confirm this as Spiranthes gracilis. There was no foliage to be seen but it was growing with pussy toes, so maybe I missed the foliage.

It is def. Spiranthes. Several are very similar. It is it's time of year in meadows and waysides. I don't know the Spiranthes in your area, but RUK in Orchids forum and a few others probably would.
