bright coral or hot pink iris?

springfield area, MO(Zone 5b)

I would like to get some iris that are bright pink, coral, deep peach or salmon colors. Any ideas?
Without knowing any names I don't really have a way to look them up, so I thought I might get some suggestions here.
Thanks

I just bought 2 rizomes of a hot pink iris from Wally World yesterday. Don't trust thier plants too much. Have seen them sell so many hostas with HVX. Does no good to tell them!! Well anyway. These 2 were so dry that I soaked them in water all night. I hope they make it because they are just beautiful in the pic on the bag. The name is "Cherub's Smile" if you want to look it up. If you can't find it I will take a pic of the pic on the bag if you want. It will be a long shot if they live. BEV

Hi,

A few very beautiful pink irises are Vanity, Twice Thrilling, Debbie Reynolds,Sweet Revenge. Lace Artistry and Beverly Sills. Sorry, have no photo's.

Those are all pretty, I have a few of them already.
But, I am looking for something much brighter in color.

Lady Friend by Ghio is a very deep pink. Take a look at Pink Pincurls and Broken Record as well.

FYI, the end of season sale for Sutton's ends today for ordering... so you might want to hurry! =)

Here is Okapi Poppy. Not the greatest picture but you will get a feel for the color. It is a very bright pink. Probably I would say hot pink.

And here is Kitty Kay -- coral pink, and a truly beautiful iris. It always looks like it just came back from the hairdresser.

I don't have this one, but really like it. It is purply pink -- if that fits your wishes. It is called Sisters of Loretto and is available at Iris4U.

Crackling Caldera is an orange/yellow blend, but if you want something to smack visitors in the face, that's it. TB by Aitken.

Well the Okapi Poppy seems to be the closest to what I am looking for, but not really as bright or salmon as I had in mind.
some of the other threads mentioned were helpful.
thank you all for your ideas!

I just saw this page of recommended pink irises on Cooley's website. They're sold separately or at a discount as a set, and Cooley's is still accepting orders.

My mom used to grow and love alot, One Desire

She always referred to it as One Desire Pink to the family. She hasn't grown Irises for many years and I'm thinking about getting One Desire for my own garden.

I can't think right now if I have any other pink Irises in the ground.....
