Birds and flower seeds

Do any birds eat hollyhock seeds?

Maricopa, AZ(Zone 9b)

I looked for an answer to this question and failed to list a specific bird feeding on hollyhock seed but did observe that most lists of plants for bird friendly gardens list hollyhocks . I found a site " audubon workshop " offering hollyhock plants for sale ;

So it would seem thier desireability is high . As far as other flower seed , I have always read that it is not proper in a bird garden to deadhead plants/flowers . Rather it was more bird friendly to allow heads to go to seed as it does provide feed for birds , also being one of natures way for dispersal of plants/seed .
