Hoodia information, please

Have any of you heard of this Hoodia that is supposed to help with weight loss? It is supposed to be a "natural" product but so is the Death cup mushroom, lol. I am already overweight and now I am taking lorazapan, an anti-depressant, that unfortunately increases appetitie.
