I received a plant 2-3 yrs ago labeled celosia sp. but it sure looks like amaranth aka chinese spinach to me.
What is this?

Ah-Ha! I think I found it....Cramer's Amazon celosia spp. so it's not edible but great for fresh cut flower arranging or dried.

It's definitely celosia:)
it resembles the chinese spinach but I think I read,seeds for spinach are white. Seeds on this palnt are black
