Up until recently one of my favourite meals was a nice juicy bar-b-qued steak for supper. Nothing but steak, no veggies, just the steak.
Lately I'm finding I have an aversion to red meat. I'll still eat fish and a bit of chicken but pork and beef just don't appeal to me anymore.
I don't have a problem with this change but I'd like to know if there is anything I should be eating as a red meat replacement? To make up for whatever it is I would get from them.
