Blue grout?

I would like to finish my styrofoam/cement sphere with a blue grout. I found multi color flat marbles @ Walmart with a cat eye marble design in them. Most of my garden accessories are blue. I don't know much about grout :( But I'm pretty sure I can't just waltz in and buy a bag of blue. Is there white that could be colored with patio paints?
