I put in 3 new clematis this spring to grow up the pillars of a new pergola structure. In the middle I have Huldine(white ,group C) on one side are seedlings of Constance ( pinky red, Group A) and on the other side is a Clematis x triternata 'Rubromarginata' (C)( Wow try to remember that one!) Anyway it has produced a few flowers the past few days, quite small maybe an inch across. Apparently the flowers can be 2-5 cms so never really big. It is quite dainty - will look nice when it gets a bit bigger and has lots of flowers.
New clematis flowering
I think that is very pretty and will look just divine once it matures!!!
