I have this really neat old wheelbarrow! I would like to use it outside for display.

What do I need to do to weather-protect it without losing the value of it? I would like to repaint it (except for the decal) the original color and/or some type of clear sealant.

Any suggestions welcome! (This same wheelbarrow was on the cover of Country Living (or CL Gardening) magazine a few years ago!)
