If you are overweight what part of your body is the most embarrassing?

I am overweight about 50 lbs. sigh I can deal with my pones, saddlebags, doublechin and the rest. But it's my upper arms that really get my goat. lol
I totally refuse to wear sleeves on my arms throughout the whole hot summer!
And believe me we are hot at about 100 deg. The inner part of my upper arms looks like ruffles. lol At home I wear sleeveless shirts all the time. I've got some cute sleeveless tops for summer and I'm darn well going to wear them. ;)
