free iris for postage

I am looking to get rid of a bunch of Tall Bearded Iris.the first 5 people can have a boxful each, for postage. I do not know their names or what color they are as they came from my grandmothers house and haven't bloomed in a few years, due to over crowding. they are nice and healthly rhz,no bugs.

You can split my allotment with others if you want. I have limited room for
starter beds. 3 or 4 rz's would be ample for me. I hope others appreciate
the oldies as I do.

If you have any left over, I would be thrilled to receive a few!

One of them will probably be "New Dawning" LOL

Oh I wish I would have seen this sooner I could have saved postage and just drove the 10 miles ;0(

That is a sweet idea Rodicap! We did the same thing in a garden club that I once belonged to. We made plant markers that said " Susan's Calla Lilies" or something like that :)

dug up iris today, lots and lots of iris. i will try to get them boxed tomorrow evening for monday mailing. i have a family reunion tomorrow, but i will do my best.
