What do you suggest for these two?
One is a ficus (probably from the grocery store) that has grown into a very large over-sized tree that is simply too large to continue bringing into the house every October. Should I simply give the roots a reduction and hope the tree survives the shock?
I also have the Blood Orange tree acquired on my honeymoon many years ago. I surely don't want to injure this plant and can't possibly give it up--not after all we've been through.
Any suggestions for carefully downsizing these two plants into a more manageable form while retaining all that is holy about them.
