This is "Zurich" and it is blooming for 3rd time this year - in 110 degrees of direct sun most of the day! I decided to take photo this morning just in case it blows out and I miss it fully opened.....
I never expected blooms in late July, did a double-take when I noticed the buds, thought I was seeing things!

I have Immortality blooming now and it is having a hard time opening too. Temps have ranged from 95 - 101 and we are in a severe drought. I was amazed that it is even trying to bloom.
