It is 14 inches high, has 3 brown/red scapes, the red flowers are 3.5 inches wide, with green markings on the back, and a yellow/green throat. It has 4 short leaves that are bronze tipped. Looking at pictures and reading discriptions, the nearest I got, is that it could possibly be one called 'Voodoo'? Thanks, Ranjo.
