need digital imaging program with kaleidascope feature

Seven years ago I had a digital imaging program that had a feature that allowed the user to create kaleidascopic images. Does anyone know what that might have been? I am thinking it was a Jasc (bought by Corel since then) or Microsoft program.
This is croton and asparagus Sprengeri.
