I have two of these, planted last year, from one large plant that I split. They both look pretty much the same. What the heck is wrong with it? Is it not getting enough water?

penne, I don't see any mildew when I look at it but I haven't checked the underside of the leaves. Could it be Aster Yellows? The leaves look a little warped :(

You do have some of the black spots they get from being too wet. I would remove those leaves and see how it does with more normal water conditions.
