Resource thread for Miniature, Fairy, and small plants

(Becky) in Sebastian, FL(Zone 10a)

This thread is for listing good resources for miniatures, fairy figurines/dolls, and also small plants. Please, if you would, list some of your favorite places here!

PLEASE USE THIS THREAD TO ADD RESOURCE LINKS! PLEASE KEEP CONVERSATIONS TO OTHER THREADS! THANK YOU!

I hope that if you have a good resource that OFFERS ON-LINE ORDERS, that you will share it here with all of us!

I have ordered from The Doll's House Emporium located in England. I've placed 2 orders with them over the last couple of years and they ship fast! Their prices are listed in US dollars, too! I have been very happy with the product and prices!

Here is their website. If you order so many $$'s, there are often freebies thrown in! They have some adorable miniature garden items for sale! Check it out!

Several of the sites I listed have them.

I liked this one because you can pose her, and she is porcelain:

This is where I got most of my plants from. I have never had anything shipped though so cannot comment on that aspect , I am just lucky enough to live about a 2 hour drive to there. They are located in Sebastapol, Ca

Here's my addition.
Meow2 on ebay is fantastic!
They are perfect for terrariums but most can slowly be grown in a humid enviroment.
You guys really should check out his sales. They're perfectly grown for the scale of the tiny gardens.
I just got my order & am very pleased.

www.miniaturegardenshoppe.com has a great selection of fairy garden accessories at good prices. I was very pleased with their service.

There's a great nursery in Wisconsin I've visited a couple of times, The Flower Factory. They only sell perennials which will grow in the central Wisconsin area. They don't have a specific "Fairy Garden" area on their website or at the nursery, and they don't do mail order. When I first started planning my outdoor fairy garden 2 years ago I went to their website and used their search function. It's very powerful! I only selected Height: 0"-10" for searching and got a large list of plants, 749 when I tried it again now. If you do that, you can use the list to find the plants online or in a local nursery.
