I have 7 different varieties of hydrangeas and all have small blooms. Is there any thing to make them bigger?
Thanks
Small blooms on Hydrangea
If they're fairly newly planted I'd just give them some time, plants that don't have their roots well established aren't going to put out a display of huge flowers, and it can take a year or two for them to really get going. If they've been in the ground for years though it would help to know how much water/fertilizer they get. Or it could be your climate--I think Houston's probably on the warm side for hydrangeas to be really, truly happy, so you may never get the kind of blooms that someone in a cooler climate would.
