CLOSED: Is this a rock dove or someone's pet?

This is the only one that I have seen. It comes to feed with the Eurasian Collared-Doves.

I'd suspect it is a partial albino Collared Dove. The bill shape is wrong for Rock Dove, too slim at the base.

Darn jvdl1. That one is not in any of my books. Is it an escapee?

Yeah, my guess is that it got away from someone or they turned it loose, it's a shame because most escapees don't know how to find food & water on their own & the light color makes them targets for owls at night. I have an aviary full of doves like this one.
