When can I move my SIB's?

Can I move them this fall, or do I have to wait for spring?

You can move them this fall. As soon as it starts cooling down, but try to allow them 6 weeks or so before a heavy freeze to establish roots. Keep them well watered until freeze. I would mulch them in your area.
