I have a coneflower that is small and yellow and the one next to it is nice dark green and tall. They are about 18 inch apart. Any ideal what is going on with that one? Should I gave it something? Yes I did fertilized the garden in the Spring say the first of April. Should I fertilize the perennial bed again?

Me - once is enough. It might be sick or it might recover, I'd just let it be I guess.
