I think it's the Eastern Kingbird. Tyrannus tyrannus - what a name that is.

You know what Claypa, that's what I thought it might be too, wasn't too sure, because it look greyish in that picture and the one on the fence looks blue. That is another first for me. The Yellow Warbler, which was a first, now come everyday. He loves to bath in the pond. I've seen the Magnolia Warbler only twice.

There are some warblers here but nothing like up your way. And when those come through this area they don't generally have anything like their breeding plumage. .

I think so too, look a the tip of the tail in #2, it's white.

Yep, Eastern Kingbird. The white tip to the tail is diagnostic.
