I'd like to plant foxgloves and astilbes side-by-side in an area with dappled sun and a lot of shade. But how about the soil? Will foxgloves be happy in the acidic soil favored by astilbes?
If you can advise me, please do so at my original post in "Garden Design" at http://davesgarden.com/community/forums/t/862733/ (I wasn't sure in which category this belongs, but I'd like to have good forum manners.)
