"Rangoon" climber

Just saw a photo of a "rangoon" vine. Could I get it to grow in West Tenn. if I could find one? Maybe overwintering inside?

It would definitely have to be overwintered inside, no way it'll survive your winters otherwise. But I'm pretty sure there are people who grow these in pots and enjoy them outside for the summer but then bring them in for the winter.

OK, now, where can I find one? ;)
