I have had my corn seeds soaking for about 4 days. I haven't had a chance to plant them until this evening. The reason I couldn't plant them was we had a 2 inch rain a couple days ago and the garden was soaking wet until now. Do you think they will grow? I only planted a few for now in my raised bed. I rinsed them off and just put them in a little hole and pulled the soil over and patted them a little. Then I watered them well. Hope I get some to grow and if they don't I will start all over with some different seeds. Thanks y'all

when to plant corn
I never soak corn seeds, but I suppose a couple days might not hurt them. Time will tell how they respond. In warm soil that is moist corn should come up in 5 to 6 days.
I don't soak mine, I just plant them. If you do soak them, overnight should be plenty long enough. I do that with snap peas.
