We had a cold and wet May in Buffalo, NY. April was hot and sunny. That being said, my dogwood has problems, and I'd like to ID what it is so I can treat it. Up until this, I have had no problems at all (except for its growing like crazy) since I planted it in 2002. Emily gave me an idea of what it might be based on my description alone. Here are a few pics of the problem. You can see how a whole chunk of it is just totally gone. Thanks in advance.
