Griffinia espiritensis var. Itubera

Last Oct. my Griffinia espiritensis var. Itubera start to flower, and this May,this plant produce another bud and flower today. Interesting thing is the new leave start to show spots and flower from diploid to triploid. Picture showing is last year flower

close look at the flower, it just cant wait to spring out and flower,what is the rush? I cant show you there are 6 flowers in bud today, may be one more week I can take picture again

and the last picture is the seedlings from last year seeds produce by the parent. So it was self pollinated plant.

Hi LAKelly2, I dont think it has a common name, just go by Griffinia. The flowers are small and it has nice blue color. Here are more photos I took today, more flowers and pretty
