Age of Tree?

This is a jeffrey pine. Can anyone make an educated guess on how old it is? (In the photo, it kind of looks like two trees that grew together, but it does not look like that in real life. It is definitely a single tree.) DH is something like 5'8".

Probably somewhere around 200 years at a very rough estimate.
