I have beautiful cabbage, but no head inside. I have never grown it before, so does it take a while? The cabbage leaves are huge.
I have purple cabbage with nice tight little heads inside.
Do y'all know what is happening? Did I not do something?
Thanks,
Ellie
Headless Cabbage
patience, as long as the plant is healthy ( and it is a cabbage not a collard) it will head when it gets ready. Some cultivars take a long time ( different cultivars range from 60 day to 120 day maturity)
Thanks so much. The leaves are up to my knees and beautiful.
Appreciate it,
Ellie
