Is this fungus and how to get rid of it, please?

It is on almost every leaf of this big rubber tree. It caught it in the winter when it is rainy here. It is an outside plant.

I have sprayed it with Immunox.

I recently put a fuchsia next to it and it now has it. It was hanging above and the the right of it, not touching it.
