Does anyone recognise this lovely thing? I've checked my files and the closest I can come to it is Aardvark Lark (that I bought from Denise at Snowpeak). I'm sure it's the first time this particular iris has bloomed for me and I just don't recognise it at all....Shame on me!!

Thanks for replying mrsj. Yes, it does look very like the pictures of Aardvark except that many of those seem to have a pale colored line running down the falls. Mine doesn't have that line. Does your Aardvark have it?

Terri - in your second photo the color seems more peach/bronze than the first....is it that, or more pink like the first photo?
I'll have to check my Aardvark photos when I get home and let you know about the pale line...
It was hubby who pointed out that it actually looks more bronzy than my first photograph shows mrsj, so I'm pleased you noticed that too. I thought it might have been the rain/cloudy conditions that made it look darker but I just ventured out in the rain and it does look more like that second picture.
This is Ardvark Lark photo from grower I bought mine from...definately pink hues......and mine was definately more pink than bronze...
