Good one's, crazybirdlady. Could her name possibly be 'Medusa', from Greek mythology? 'Medusa was one of three sisters (Gorgons) who was so beastly looking that anyone who looked at her, turned into stone. I know ..... a little far-fetched ... It's funny where the mind takes you sometimes.
Dave, I like your bluebird captions, especially the dental scenario. I can relate to that caption.
A few years ago, I caught this Pileated Woodpecker looking into my neighbor's house ...... after I saw her looking into our kitchen window, a few days earlier. I did get a quick photograph of her from the inside but it didn't turn out as well as I would have liked.

Wow Linth. Those Peeping Pilfering Pileateds are much bigger than I thought they were.
Great shot! Love them all!
Janet
Very cute!
Love them all! Especially the election promises, peeping pileated, bluebird restaurant, and plastic surgery scenarios!! Very funny everybody.
Linth, that is a one of a kind shot!
What an amazing shot of the Woodpecker.
My collection of Pileated Woodpecker photos over a 2 year period (2004 & 2005) is something I'll probably never experience again. What motivated their behavior for just those two years is unknown. Since that time I have not seen one near my house.
Here is one photo which captures his reflection in the car window.
HA!. Adorable. Beware of spiky hairdoos!!
Nice ones guys!
Funny!
LOL!!!
