Okay, so I did a dumb thing. The window blinds were up about halfway, and I lit a small votive on the sill below. The bottom two blinds now have a burned area in the center, and have warped and melted together in the middle. Any suggestions (low tech and inexpensive, please!) on how to separate and straighten those two blinds? I'm not as concerned about the burn mark itself - maybe it will remind me not to light a candle there again!
