I have a hard painful bump near my big toe. I searched for information about bunions. It doesn't seem to be that. It is smaller than a pencil eraser. It hurts on the bottom of my foot when I take a step. I don't know if that is from pressure on the bump or something else. Here is a photo - sorry for the lack of pedicure. Does anyone have any idea what this might be?
