I have been lurking here and am finding all the irises just amazingly beautiful! So of course I would love to add a few to my garden!
Unfortunately, I live in a very warm zone. I live on the east coast of south-central Florida. With global warming, our zone here is changing and seems to be falling into the zone 10a range.
Are there any Irises that would survive and grow in that zone range? If so, which ones would you recommend?
Thanks so much! ~Becky~

Irises for zone 9b/10a?
That's a hard one to answer.
I would suggest you contact this iris club that exists in Florida; certainly someone there could answer that question for you.

I hope you find your answer.

I emailed some of the online sellers and they all told me that my zone is too warm for BB or TB. I might be able to grow Lousiana irises, but not the lovely bearded ones. Oh well ... sigh ...
