Need ideas for bottle tree/bird feeder

I was looking at my bottle tree which has bottles hung on nails. And I was looking at my blue bottles and the corked humming bird feeders that will fit in them and I said to myself is there some way to hang the bird feeders off a tree and have a combined bottle tree/bird feeder. While I agreed with myself that this was a great idea neither of us can quite decide how to do it.
