IRIS ID

This unknown iris bloomed last year.It isn't indian chief.I was looking on a website and was wondering if this iris might be Jean Cayeux?
The standards are a tan color.

not Indian Chief the standards of I C are a lighter purple than the dark falls............janets has the best pic of I C in plant files.......look at the historics of argyle acres website.....stroll thru they have many and u might be able to ID

Glad!your iris and mg are doing well for you.The irises you sent me are growing well.The lemon pop iris already bloomed this year and was very!pretty!I have a couple more to bloom yet.

It looks a lot like Frank Adams.. Is this one a really tall one?(TB 48" ML ) taking a look at the Historic Iris website and the stored images, Jean Cayeux isn't your iris...
