Over the years, certain vines (poison ivy, pentafolia, honey suckle, etc) recur in spite of cutting, root pulling, etc. Is there any merit to painting the freshly cut vine with some sort of herbicde to attempt to poison the root structure??
Thanks for any info.

Eradicating vines
I think with some of those more challenging vines if they've gotten a good foothold before you pull them it's definitely beneficial to paint on some brush killer.
