I think that's too blue for Sugar Blues (SB is more of a periwinkle blue), and SB doesn't have that lighter area around the beard.

SB's most outstanding and unique feature is its unbelievably strong, sweet fragrance. That iris could knock you over from 100 paces with its luscious aroma.
